A stimulating experience that involves the ability to manage emotions. The mind focuses on one’s goal and recreates a state of inner serenity, promoting concentration and meditation. After having acquired the basic notions and techniques, the participants can prove themselves in a trial where motivation, support and acceptance of one’s own and others’ mistakes are of paramount importance, as it happens in a work team.

Con questo format i dipendenti si avvicineranno all’arte del decoupage, di decorazione dei mosaici e tessuti per dare spazio al gusto e all’espressione di sé stessi lavorando insieme, sviluppando nuove idee e capacità di pensiero oltre gli schemi.
